Transferring Electric Service
NEW MEMBERS
- To receive electric service you must complete an application for service. After completing this form you can bring it into our office, mail it in, or fax it to us at (406) 961-3230.
- Along
with the membership application, we need you to provide us with 1) the
physical address, 2) meter number and 3) the meter reading as of the
day you wish to transfer service.
- Once we receive your application we will let you know whether or not a deposit is required.
CURRENT OR PRIOR MEMBERS
- If we do not have a current application for Membership on file, you will be required to fill out a new application to update our records.
- Along
with the membership application, we need you to provide us with 1) the
physical address, 2) meter number and 3) the meter reading as of the
day you wish to transfer service.
- Once we receive your application we will let you know whether or not a deposit is required.
MOBILE/RV HOOKUPS
IF YOU MOVE OUT:
Please provide us with the following:
- Name on Account
- Meter #
- Meter Reading as of day you moved out
- New Mailing Address
You are responsible to notify us that you are moving & provide us
with a final meter reading. Please remember that we bill a month
behind, so you will receive another bill after you notify us that you
have moved.
